We are on Cloud 9
We are on Cloud 9 is a global event in honor of the InDriver’s birthday, taking place in every host country and every client’s office.
Challenge
In a short time and within a limited budget we had to organize an event at our common high level in 2 offices in Almaty with a final party in the Arman cinema. We managed to involve, and of course, to unite the company’s employees by taking into account the client’s wishes to the atmosphere of the festive event.
Approach
By realizing the concept of the event, we built it on the meaning of the name — CLOUD NINE, a feeling of well-being or elations, as if you are so lucky as on cloud nine. We wanted to create an event where people could celebrate the next year of life of their best company from morning till night, having fun and getting involved in lifestyle activities.
We surrounded the employees with care and an atmosphere of joy and lightness to feel themselves with happiness in heaven (on cloud nine). There were bubble tea stations, cotton candy and delicious catering throughout the day. We created a nail bar with extraordinary design and branded stickers, a tattoo salon with temporary tattoos, a post office, where the guests sent heartfelt postcards to their friends and relatives to the different countries.
At the end of the party, the participants of the event went to the lobby of the Arman cinema, where it was a stand-up party. The best stand-up artists (the client’s employees) performed on the stage. On top of it the guests visited the event with invitations in the form of boarding tickets, they were met by animators-stewardesses with branded gifts.
Plane & Clouds, photo zone, was presented in the hall. By the way, this photo zone seemed to be the best photo zone within “We are on Cloud 9” between all countries where the event was held.
