Raising a Healthy Generation, Seventh International Online Conference.
The Talk about proper nutrition is a program aimed at school educators and parents that could help to teach children to take care of their health. We chose to help NESTLE to organize an online conference for educators who support the brand in taking care of proper nutrition.
Challenge
Our task was to unite people from 60 regions of the Russian Federation in an online format. The main challenge was to organize technically complex solutions: to find a way to implement uninterrupted broadcasting in a short time, to organize the work of 15 teleconferences and about 1700 online connections.
Approach
We did a stage director’s adaptation of the script for shooting, and a team of technical specialists ensured high speed and quality of live broadcasts. To create a dynamic online event, we increased the number of cameras. Within the framework of the event we have done the landing, developed the design of the conference, POS-materials and certificates for participants, sent out invitations, and organized the process of shooting.
