During our 17 years in the event industry, Galactic Group has successfully organized more than a thousand events around the world. And we have always dreamed of creating and realizing our own project.
We have developed a concept that is a “teleporter” between the present and the future. A space where leading experts from different companies could share HR development forecasts, present current cases and the latest technologies. This idea inspired our team so much that we were ready to work around the clock on the project.
Approach
We organized a large-scale international event that brought together the best experts in HR, corporate brand development and internal communications from Eurasia. Participants not only gave presentations, but also shared experiences in foresight and trend sessions. We put a strong emphasis on networking and interactivity: the discussion of real cases in the presentations led smoothly to discussions and communication with the speakers.
At the opening of the event, we proposed an unexpected approach: an intro on the theme “Human First: It’s the people that matter”. Such a start immediately created a wave of positive emotions among the participants. Building on this idea, we decided to immerse the guests in an atmosphere of innovation. To this end, we invited a multimedia artist, organized a zone for mind mapping sessions, presented the Forecast Me station and even created an interactive zone using Kinect technology.
Among the most discussed topics of the event were meta-universes, GPT chats, challenges of using artificial intelligence in HR, virtual workspaces and advanced technologies in various industries.
Olga Shchukina, Forum organizer and CEO of Galactic Group, said:
“This is the first forum for us in Kazakhstan and it has attracted an unexpectedly large audience. Initially, the HR Foresight Forum was conceived about the future and technology. But the main idea is that the future is created by people. That is why the concept of the 2023 Forum is called HUMAN FIRST. To keep the intrigue alive, we only revealed this concept on the day of the event. We chose the theme for a reason – it was important to us to inspire each and every participant!”
Results
As a result, the HR Foresight Forum stood out in the Kazakhstan market for its relevance and authoritative speakers. This successful mix allowed the forum to focus on the prospects of HR process automation and trends in HR technologies.
According to an independent survey, the Forum’s participants appreciated not only its useful content, but also its soulful atmosphere: in their feedback, guests often used the word “inspiring” to describe their impressions. It is also worth noting that the event was sold out a week before it began.
